Maybe you had a single session and it uncovered a goal you’d like to achieve, an obstacle you’d like to get past or a challenge you’d like to take on and see through to the end.
Five weekly sessions dedicated to discovering what it is you’d like to change or accomplish, what’s in your way and exactly what you need to do to get there.
Momentum for your specific goal. You move from talking about it to doing it.
