I’m amazing handling challenge in relationships, clients, projects, etc. But, I RUN AWAY from physical challenge. It cuts me off at the knees.
SO. I started a real deal exercise program (Cross Fit) after a lifetime of basically no exercise. It’s stirring up all my gremlins, bringing me to tears and challenging me on every level. But, I keep going back.
What I know so far, is that the way through starts with self acceptance and love. Finding that Inner Champion in my head, talking with her, going slow, one step at a time.
